We prefer to build in urban infill sites in safe, well-established communities where prospective residents have always lived. We evaluate the site’s proximity to top-notch healthcare facilities and major hospitals. We also want our residents to have easy access to safe shopping, dining, and entertainment amenities. As often as possible, we look for aesthetically pleasing surroundings. Then we validate our choices and determine the correct mix of independent living, assisted living, or memory care services based on market research for the local area.
Each project is custom, whether we build from the ground up or renovate an existing structure. As a result, every Bridgewood community takes multiple perspectives into account to help ensure its ultimate success.
